They also learn about the importance of self-care routines, including stress management techniques and balancing personal and professional responsibilities. By focusing on both confidence and self-care, these sessions empower participants to take charge of their personal growth, maintain their mental and emotional health, and approach challenges with a stronger, more resilient mindset.
